Products shown on this site are subject to availability. A purchase is confirmed only after Haoyue has issued a written order confirmation or formal invoice and the agreed payment has been received.
Prices may be displayed in CNY and USD. The final transaction currency, price, sizing, specifications, certificate availability, delivery cost, insurance, duties, and estimated timing are confirmed in writing before payment.
Product photography may show small variations in colour and scale across screens. One-of-one, resized, and bespoke pieces may naturally vary from reference images.
Tracked and insured delivery can be arranged to supported destinations. Carrier, timing, cost, insurance coverage, import duties, and recipient requirements are confirmed before purchase.
Return eligibility is confirmed for each piece before payment. One-of-one, engraved, resized, altered, and bespoke pieces may not be returnable except where required by applicable law.
If a delivered parcel appears damaged, contact the atelier promptly and retain the complete packaging so that the carrier and insurance process can be assessed.
This catalogue stores your selected pieces, language, and currency preferences locally in your browser. It does not currently collect payment-card details or submit an online order form.
If you choose to contact the atelier through Instagram, that service processes information under its own privacy terms. Information shared during a private enquiry is used to respond, prepare purchase details, and arrange service requested by you.
